After Downloading the Product from the Website, Double Click on the Installer (Which ever you want to install) i.e. AccountExact or ClientExact from the saved location.

Subsequently, Click on the appropriate button and the Installation Wizard will guide you through the rest of the procedure.

To start working with AccountExact , Double Click on the AccountExact icon created on your Desktop and enter the CPA Name and Password which is same as your online CPA Login information. If you have created company online, then you can download it by clicking on the Download Company button.

Otherwise to Create a Client's Company, Click on the link “Register Now” displayed on the Login Screen, it will go to online to www.accountexact.com site, and subsequently click on the CPA Login and Create Client's Company.

After creating a Client's Company , switch to your standalone application and enter the CPA Name and Password which is same as your online CPA Login details. After that click on the Download Company button.

After successfully downloading the company from server, Click on Submit button.

If you want to change the year of working, click “File” on the Main Menu, choose “Open Company”, select “Company” and “Year” from the list and click “Open”.

Note: For the first time after creation of Client's Company, you have to download the company data. Later on every time you can starts working by just click on “submit”.
